Return & Refund Policy
At Nitzzz Sales, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you face any issues with your order, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth and transparent resolution process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged or defective product.
You received the wrong item.
The product is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.
Please note that due to the nature of herbal and wellness products, we do not accept returns for opened, partially used, or damaged items due to misuse.
2. Return Request Timeline
You must raise a return or refund request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at support@nitzzzsales.com with your order number and a clear photo or video of the product issue.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days.
If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
4. Return Shipping
In case of damaged, defective, or wrong products, Nitzzz Sales will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to any other reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refunds may not apply in the following cases:
Product returned without prior approval.
Product damaged due to misuse, negligence, or mishandling.
Returns requested after the 7-day period.
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or partially used herbal products.
Products purchased during promotions, flash sales, or clearance sales.
Gift cards, free samples, or bundled promotional items.
7. International Orders
For international customers, please note:
Customs duties, taxes, or shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns due to customs rejection or delays are not eligible for refunds.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before shipping.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If you still wish to cancel, you may initiate a return after receiving the product, subject to this policy.
